Quinoa Flakes with Pluots and Cinnamon
Although we're in the warmest week of our summer, I can't get enough of my hot cereal lately. It's comforting and filling and the perfect treat after my morning workout. And after all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day (and my favorite meal). I think it's so important that I usually have two breakfasts. Is that a problem? I think not.
